Since you have utorrent already, go back to your browser and download torrents. These (torrents) are what you will load in utorrent to download the files that you want (movies, mp3s, books etc...)
Once in your browser, go to one of these sites and choos what files you want to download w/ utorrent. Registration is not required to download.

there are other sites which you can search later. You can also go to www.torrentpond.com to see the other sites.
After downloading the torrent, go back to your utorrent and just click and drag the torrent into it, or you can use the menu, File>Add Torrent, choose the torrent you just downloaded and thats it, the program will download it for you.
When choosing torrents, always choose to download the one with the most number of seeders. If you see a torrent w/ 0 seeder, dont bother with this as this is dead. Here's the video to help you
